Challenge

Enterprises face the challenge to converge the growing data and voice information and optimise the costs at the same time. Enterprises with a decentralised structure face this challenge and they require dedicated personnel. Aarenet’s solution addresses this challenge and combines existing data infrastructures and voice connection of network operator with the high-grade performance features of a professional Carrier VoIP system.

Customary solutions such as networked PBX’s show several functional disadvantages. Homogenous numbering plans or the integration of single branch connections may usually not be realised.

The challenge is to optimize distributed networks with high operational and maintenance costs in terms of costs and functionality.

Solution

The Aarenet Enterprise Virtual PBX enables the full provision of voice services on broadband connections in the enterprise network. Utilising the virtual PBX functionality allows to implement solutions purely based on IP or combined hybrid solutions by including legacy appliances. The advantage of a hybrid implementation is the soft and cost optimal migration to a new solution. The advantages of such a new solution may be exploited on locations with legacy infrastructure.
