anExchange can scale up to a large number of extensions and on the system single Cloud PBX instances can be created for small and large enterprises. Above and beyond the advanced PBX and UC functionalities, a set of application programming interfaces such as REST and call control, which enable seamless integration to third-party applications, is integrated. Taking advantage of the complete multi-tenant infrastructure, customers can reserve their own tenant in a shared system and deliver and deploy Cloud PBX and UCC services to their respective end-customers and users. Alternatively, customers may also decide to have their own Cloud PBX and UCC solution on a dedicated System.
The all-inclusive business model covers all Cloud PBX and UCC services, including support and maintenance, in a per user per month recurring cost, with no minimum order quantity.
