Users can make and receive calls to and from outside the Teams environment e.g. in hybrid configurations and make and receive calls to and from the public network.

A fully integrated Microsoft Teams telephony solution with Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams users with a 365 E5 license enables an easy and quick installation into an existing telephony environment.
